The Via Matteo Camera 8 townhouse has 5 floors with interior and exterior staircases between floors. The floors with exterior staircases do not connect to the other floors internally, and therefore may be sublet (although privacy and music options are shared among all floors). There is a rooftop terrace for outdoor activities. The lower floor of the townhouse connects to the tunnel system below the town that opens to the market area adjacent to the dock.
The townhouse comes with a security system that will eject an intruder after warning. Privacy options are on by default, including hidden avatars. Voice is enabled but limited to the parcel. Chat is also restricted to the parcel. You may request that the privacy options be disabled. When enabled, people outside the building cannot be seen from the windows or the roof.
We can set the audio stream for you, or you may use a radio. If you use a radio, you will need to deed it to the group. However, you must place the radio where you want first before deeding because you will not be able to move it once deeded.
The Village carriage may be called to the townhouse.
