The Corso Delle Repubbliche Marinare 2 townhouse has 5 floors with a traditional staircase between floors. It also has three balconies and a ground level terrace. The lowest floor of the townhouse connects to the tunnel system below the town that opens to the beach.
The townhouse comes with a security system that will eject an intruder after warning. Privacy options are on by default, including hidden avatars, voice enabled but limited to the parcel. Chat is also restricted to the parcel. You may request that these be disabled.
We can set the audio stream for you, or you may use a radio. If you use a radio, you will need to deed it to the group and you must place it on the right side of the room. Place the radio where you want first before deeding because you will not be able to move it once deeded. Likewise, a TV would need to be placed on the right, front, or back of the room. Not the left side. The stream playing on the balcony is the sim stream, not your audio stream.
The Village carriage may be called to the townhouse.
CAVEAT!
Although this is a townhouse, there is a 2 meter wide strip on the left side of each floor that does not have the same privacy settings or streams as the right main side. This is due to the limitations of parcel granularity and cannot be changed.
